How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes around 14 business days. All orders include tracked shipping.
What is your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your order confirmation email or contact us and we will walk you through it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to most countries. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination and will be shown at checkout when available.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your account under order history.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once it is on the way, you will need to wait for delivery or start a return.
