At TheVega, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation may be required.

Returns after 14 days may not be accepted unless required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including personalized products, used or damaged products, opened personal-care or hygiene products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, you can return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
